Summer is fully here. The kids are busy with summer activities and our vineyard is exploding with new growth! The last couple of weeks have brought us lots of rain, but the next few look to be sunny and warm (or hot!). I am happy to get back to grilling, using the slow cooker, and eating more salads to keep the kitchen temperature down! My husband volunteered to help make Firecracker Shrimp this week, as he’s been craving it and he knows how time-intensive it is to make. My children are getting big enough to help with a lot of things in the kitchen, too, and I’m so happy to have help in the kitchen when possible!

Avocado Eggs Benedict, asparagus
Grilled Rosemary & Balsamic Chicken (new recipe to us), corn on the cob
Crack Salad (maybe with chicken)
Firecracker Shrimp, edamame
