I started working on a menu plan last week, and then just totally abandoned posting it for you all. So for a quick review, I tried to make something new (a breakfast quinoa dish, and not for dinner, but for breakfast) but it was not very good and I gave most of it to our chickens! And other than that, we had a mix of food on the go and a few family favorites (tacos!)
This week, I’d like to maybe get to that lasagna soup recipe that I meant to try a few weeks ago. My husband has been craving buffalo wings, and I’ve been craving salt & pepper chicken, so our menu is a little more on the fried side than I’d like, but maybe we can balance that out with some lighter choices like tostadas (baked shells!) and fish 🙂
