It’s going to be another busy week, but aren’t they all anymore? I’m nearly done with my classes for the semester (just one rather large paper to finish in about a week!) and I could not be more ready for it to be next Tuesday.

Did I tell you all the news?  I am taking a pretty exciting trip… My husband and I are going to Japan for 10 days!  We are beyond excited.  It will be here before we know it.  Of course what I am most looking forward to is the food 😉

Crushed Cracker Pork (new recipe to us), peas
Teriyaki Chicken (new recipe to us), rice
Cheese & crackers (I promised the kids we would have them soon 🙂 )
Dinner at our friends’ house
