This week is going to be quite busy for us!  Monday evening is the only night that my husband or I have nothing going on. I didn’t get to the Korean BBQ last week, so I’m hoping to make it this week.  I also saw a new yummy looking recipe on Smitten Kitchen and happen to have some mushrooms in the refrigerator, so I’m excited to try that recipe!  And, call me crazy, but I’m in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup, so we will have that, too 😉
