We tried a couple of new recipes last week, and they were both pretty good. I did not make the sauce for the stuffed shells (I just used canned), but they were very cheesy and good. I think if I make it again, I’ll add the meat to the cheese mixture to stuff inside the shells.
This week is pretty busy for us, so I’m keeping it simple. We get to start our Christmas celebrations this coming weekend, which means Butterball and Noodle soup! It’s basically chicken noodle soup with “butterballs,” which are a kind of dumpling made from breadcrumbs, cream, and you guessed it, butter. There will be lots of other Christmas goodies to go around!
