This week, it’s going to be a little more crazy than usual, so I hope I can keep up with it! I’m in serious need of some inspiration to write a new recipe post… Do you have any suggestions for a type of recipe that you’d like to see? Main dish? Dessert?

Corned beef & cabbage
Pasta with Roasted Tomatoes (new recipe to us)
Wild Rice Soup (new recipe to us – will probably add chicken), sourdough bread

When I look at your site (which I do every week), I’m generally looking for dinner ideas & at this time of year, I prefer soups & casseroles. Mostly tho, I keep my eyes out for vegetable ideas whether as part of a dish or on their own.
I’ve found some good ideas here – thanks for helping me out.
