Last week’s new recipe was good! The kids didn’t care for the kick from the chipotle, but my husband and I liked it a lot. We also ended up trying another new recipe, too: Korean Beef Tacos. Both of these were keepers. Because of this other new recipe, we did not get to the Pad Thai, but I will make it early this week, as we’ve been hungry for it!
