Isn’t May just absolutely busy?  It has only been May for a few days now, but my goodness, has it been go-go-go so far!  I have a feeling it’s only going to get busier as the summer goes on.  We have a pretty full summer agenda with a couple of family reunions, a wedding, and hopefully at least one trip to the lake.  We’ve been busy planting our garden for the summer and keeping up with the vineyard.  My garden this summer is going to be scaled back a bit, but I’m going to try growing a few things I’ve never grown before… Anyone have good tips for growing lettuce and carrots? 🙂
