Do you have any great ideas for leftover baked potatoes? I am going to do soup one night, and might make some twice-baked for the freezer, too. I’m curious to see if you all have yummy ideas for the leftovers from our planting day! In case you were curious, we now have a total of 400 grape vines in the ground 🙂
The new beef stroganoff recipe last week was good. My husband thought red wine might taste better instead of white, so I might try that substitution next time. Despite our busy schedule this week, I’m still going to attempt a few new recipes this week!

I made the PB bars for valentines day! You must have been the person I pinned it from. They were good, but I wasn’t taking it someplace so I halved it.
It was a giant pan of peanut butter bars… So glad that I was able to take it somewhere to share, because I think I had at least two in one sitting 😉
