And it’s snowing. Again! They say March comes in like a lion, and leaves like a lamb… I think this year it came in like a polar bear 😉
This week, it is my son’s 5th birthday! He requested his favorite dinner, “meatballs, gravy, & noodles!” for his birthday meal. I am also going to try Pioneer Woman’s recipe for fry bread to make some Indian tacos (using my own yummy taco seasoning), something which my husband loves. I hope there is some leftover chili to make Frito Chili Pies for lunch one day this week!
Dinners
Swedish Meatballs, garlic bread, peas
Grandma Carol’s Chili, cinnamon rolls
Sausage, Pepper, & Onion Pizza
Chicken Stir Fry, rice
Roasted Sausage & Vegetables, sweet potato biscuits
Indian Tacos (new recipe to us!), guacamole
Grilled cheese & tomato soup
