Weekly Menu Plan, Feb 23 – Mar 1

Last week‘s new stromboli recipe wasn’t too great of a hit… I think the dough on the inside didn’t get as done as we like it, so just making ham & cheese pockets with broccoli on the side would have been better!  However, the chicken spaghetti was really good!  My husband and I thought that the next time I make it, Kalamata olives would be better than plain black olives.

Can you believe February is coming to an end already?  When I typed “Mar 1” for this post, I had a tiny panic attack, because that means my son is turning 5 in less than 2 weeks!  I know it’s cliche, but time sure flies when you’re having fun!
