We just had a wonderful week last week.  It was full of family, fun, and lots of delicious food.  I think I ate enough cookies to last me until at least February 😉  Instead of fried rice last week, I made these cannelloni instead, and they were really good.  I think I’ll make them again in the near future.  I also made a variation of this ham & bean soup recipe, and it was also delicious.  Have you tried any recipes lately that you would recommend?

Jerk Chicken Casserole (new recipe to us – I will use a jerk seasoning we already have)
Chicken Fried Rice
Cheesy Quinoa Bites
Baked Potatoes & fixings: chili, cheese, etc.
Broccoli & Cheddar Cheese Soup, garlic & cheese biscuits
An early Birthday Dinner out with my husband!
