Ham, Broccoli, & Potato Casserole

What do you do with all of the leftover holiday ham?  Make this delicious Ham, Broccoli, & Potato Casserole!  It comes together in about 30 minutes, making your after-the-holiday-meals a snap.


Here is what you need…

In a dish, combine the butter, sauce mix, boiling water, and milk.  Whisk together until sauce mix dissolves.

Add potatoes, ham, and broccoli, and stir.

Bake in for about 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and top with shredded cheese.

Return to the oven to melt the cheese.  Let the casserole sit for about 5 minutes before serving to let the sauce thicken.

Ingredients

  • 1 4.7-oz box Betty Crocker® Au Gratin Potatoes
  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup chopped ham
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 450°F. In a 1.5 quart dish, combine butter, sauce mix, boiling water, and milk. Whisk together until sauce mix dissolves. Add potatoes, ham, and broccoli, and stir.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven, top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for an additional 5 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
