I happen to love appetizer pizzas and flatbreads. You can get a little more adventurous with the toppings than you would with a regular pizza. Appetizer Blue Cheese Pizza is not just flavorful, it can be put together and on the table in a snap.
Here is what you need…
Unroll the crescent dough on an ungreased baking sheet. Roll the edges to create a crust edge.
Pre-bake the crust for about 5 minutes.
Top the pre-baked crust with the cheeses, tomatoes, onion, and parsley.
Bake the pizza an additional 10 minutes, until the cheese is melty and the crust is golden brown.
Cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes. Then, slice and enjoy!

I’m a little late here, but I want to mention just what a great idea this is. I used your concept with goat cheese, caramelized onion, thin red pepper slices and parsley. Served it for lunch along with some black bean soup. It was delicious. The crescent roll sheet makes a very good, super easy crust.
The goat cheese version sounds amazing! Thanks for returning to share 🙂
