Last week‘s new recipes were pretty good. I didn’t get to the Mexican lasagna, as we ended up with more than enough leftovers that we didn’t eat for lunches, so I’m going to try to get to it this week. Plus, my husband decided to surprise me by making dinner one night! So, I bumped the chicken chili to tonight (it’s in the slow cooker right now…). I’m hopeful that it will be good. It’s going to a be a whirlwind week, and I’m sure that I’ll be writing another weekly plan before I know it!!

Discovered your blog last week & am a fan. I made the freezer meatballs & they are super good. Used them with your swedish meatball recipe – also very good. Saturday I fixed the chicken with bacon, mushrooms and cheese. Very much like my son’s favorite meal at the Outback, so now that’s also a keeper. I’ve been cooking for way too many years & have run out of ideas. Your recipes are a godsend.
I’m so glad that you enjoyed the recipes, and especially that you found “a keeper” or two 🙂 Thanks for sharing!
