Last week, I tried two new recipes.  The Mexican bake was pretty good, but I had to “doctor-up” the chicken dish quite a bit because it just didn’t have much flavor.  We were also blessed with a visit from my parents, who brought us some of my dad’s barbeque!  No new recipes this week, but still lots of yummy food.  I am so excited about the return of soup weather!
