This past weekend was full of wonderful weather! I was so excited to finally turn off the air conditioner and open the windows. I also canned a whole bunch of crushed tomatoes (9 quarts total!) so I made a batch of monster cookies to celebrate 🙂
I am going to start the week out with a large batch of spaghetti sauce in the crockpot and throw some in the freezer for later. Another freezer meal is on the menu this week to keep the food rotating! Some fall baking is also in the works… Recipes to come soon!
