We had a great weekend… It was very productive and full of family time. We spent a lot of time outside, and even picked our first tomato of the season! I am so excited to eat all of the fresh produce that I (hope) we will have this summer! I happened upon some things that got buried in our freezer (shrimp and salmon) that are nearing the end of their “freezer life”, so we’re going to make sure to eat those this week.

Cheesy Beans & Rice (going to attempt a “no oven” version)
Pretzel Dogs (at the request of my family 😉 )

Grilled Chicken, lettuce salad
