Of last week’s new recipes, we liked one of them. The chicken casserole was just OK, the lentil chili had too much tomato, but the lemon chicken was delicious! I didn’t get to the buffalo chicken, so we’ll have it this week instead. I am trying three new recipes again, with high hopes!
