I love trying new recipes. The quinoa bake from last week was a huge hit! I didn’t have any zucchini, but we didn’t seem to miss it. The buffalo chicken mac & cheese was also pretty good. Plus, I was able to snag some avocados for $0.19 each and made a big batch of guacamole! Yum 🙂
We have a lot of food on hand (some great food sales lately!), so I hope that I don’t have to go to the grocery store at all this week.
