We had a wonderful time last week with Thanksgiving.  It was great to see everyone, and to spend a few days just relaxing and eating lots of good food!

I am going to try to make meals this week with strictly with what we have on hand, because we have a lot of food around here!  And luckily, it’s a good variety of food so we won’t get bored 🙂  It’s shaping up to be a good week of hearty food!

Cheesy Potato Soup with Kielbasa
Balsamic Glazed Sirloin Steak, mashed/baked potatoes
Shepherd’s Pie (new recipe to us!)
Minestrone (my own concoction!), garlic & cheese biscuits
Slow-Cooked Swiss Steak, rice
Bierocks from the freezer
Dinner at our friends’ house!
