Last week was a blur of visits from family, and seeing great friends! I was so happy to see everyone and thoroughly enjoyed it all. However, I didn’t get to make the chicken noodle soup, so I’ll try to make it this week. I am also going to modify my fried rice recipe to make pineapple fried rice (basically adding pineapple to my original recipe).
I also had some time this Sunday evening to throw a couple of breads in the oven. And since I have an abundance of baked goods on hand already, I cooled them and stuck them in the freezer for later consumption 🙂
