After a surprise weekend trip to the Lake of the Ozarks, we are back at home and (as always!) looking at a busy week ahead. Since we did two meals while traveling, we missed out on the barbecue at work and stuffed shells. Never fear, though… the stuffed shells that I have been trying to make for the last two weeks are on the menu for tonight! The filling is cooked and waiting in the freezer. All I need to do is cook the shells, stuff, and bake!
Despite the 90 degree weather, my husband has been craving some cheesy potato soup. It’s been awhile since I’ve made a soup and I am looking forward to it! I hope to be able to find some time this week to photograph a new recipe for you all, but we shall see…
