I had a wonderful time in Philadelphia at the NCTM Annual Conference! It was fun to learn some new things, explore a new city, eat some great food, and escape from “life” for a few days. However, I am so happy to be back! I am ready to get back in my kitchen and cook for my family again.
I didn’t get to make the kielbasa recipe from a few weeks ago, so I’m going to try to get to it this week. I am also making baked chicken nuggets, which we’ve had before and liked. Plus, a new fiesta-y recipe for Cinco de Mayo!
