Weekly Menu Plan, Feb 19 – Feb 25

I began last week with Pretzel Dogs, which turned out to be a complete hit!  My son loved them, just like I thought he would.  Then, I made a heart-shaped pizza for Valentine’s Day.  It was fun to try something a little out of the ordinary!  We didn’t get to the baked potatoes, as my family came in to town.  My dad will eat potatoes, but as long as they are a side to a big piece of steak!  So, we had some local barbecue instead.

Thus, I am moving baked potatoes to this week.  I also would like to try to make some overnight oatmeal in the crock pot for breakfast this weekend, so we will see how that goes!
