It’s summer, and I tend to not want to cook a lot when it is so hot out. I don’t know if it’s just the heat and not wanting to turn on the oven, or just that heavy food doesn’t really appeal when the thermometer reads triple digits.  Two weeks ago, I made the new sausage and kale pasta recipe with kale from our garden. It was pretty good! The whole family ate it pretty well. I did not get to the salad, however. Most of the blueberries were devoured before they could make it to a salad 😉
