We did not get to the lemon chicken or the mushroom pasta dishes last week. I don’t think I’ll have time to make the chicken dish, but I’ve got to use the mushrooms before they spoil, so I’ll make that early this week. The weather is looking to be up and down as far as temperature goes. Totally normal for this time of year in Kansas!

How did you like the mushroom pasta? The recipe looks good, and I have some mushrooms I was going to make a tortellini soup with. Now I’m debating trying this instead!
I’m sorry it took me a few days to reply, Lisa! The mushroom pasta is one of my absolute favorite pastas (don’t skip the Marsala!). I highly recommend it! Tortellini soup sounds great, too, though! I tried one not too long ago that was a big hit here 🙂
