I tried a new recipe this week for Blackberry Pie Bars.  I halved the recipe and it was pretty good.  I thought they could have used a little more blackberries, but that’s just a personal preference.  I realized I had not tried a new “fun” recipe in weeks and had the right amount of blackberries, so this recipe won out 🙂

I am keeping things pretty simple this week and making standard things (and my husband is picking up chicken while I’m in class!).

Dinners
Mushroom Marsala Pasta Bake, garlic bread
Fried Chicken, green beans
Chili, cheese, corn chips
Hamburgers & hot dogs on the grill
Tacos, corn, chips & salsa
Shrimp (not sure how I’ll cook it just yet)
Dinner out (or leftovers)
