My daughter turns 4 this week! It’s hard to believe. Of course (as her brother did), she requested “meatballs, gravy, and noodles” for her birthday dinner!
The semester is moving right along… I am taking two classes and they’re taking it out of me! Thankfully (well, and it scares me a little), I will be done with classes for this semester in 1 month! Have you ever had the feeling that you are absolutely as busy as can be, and then life gets even busier? If so, please let me know if you have any tips for how to make it work! I think a lot of people might like to hear that advice 🙂
Dinners
Mushroom Marsala Pasta Bake, garlic bread
Swedish Meatballs, noodles, salad, birthday cake
Tacos, chips & salsa, corn
Dad’s choice (while I’m in class)

Week 16 menu plan: one year ago, two years ago, and three years ago.
Happy Birthday to your wonderful and sweet four-year old!! What a fun age – as they have all been so far! Hoping your celebrations are filled with lots of laughter and love!! Hang in their moto- mamma! At least spring gives us more energy just by breathing the negative ions in the air!
