We had three new recipes on the menu plan for last week, and I am happy to report not only did I make all three, but we liked them all, too!

And, I already have pictures taken for this week’s recipe, so I’m aiming to get that ready for you all by Thursday or Friday!  I haven’t made blogging a priority lately (did you notice there wasn’t a new recipe last week?) and I am not happy about that.  Here’s to better planning and preparation 🙂

Dinners
Pad Thai
Spaghetti, garlic bread, corn
Ham & Cheese Quesadillas, peas
Walnut, Cranberry & Blue Cheese Salad
Frozen Pizza (It was just one of those Mondays!)
Chipotle Pork Soft Tacos with Pineapple Salsa (new recipe to us)
Dinner at our small group (we are taking potato salad and pasta salad)
