It’s another busy week for our family! Luckily, I will have the help of a few meals “out” at church. Even though mid-week will be super busy, I will have some time on the weekends (so thankful for a long one!!) to try a few new recipes. We were invited over to our friends’ house for “Ber Eve” (the day before the -ber months 😉 ) last week, so I am going to try to do the tamale pie recipe this week, as well as a slow-cooked soup, and a quick skillet meal with squash from our garden.
Dinners
Country-style Pork Ribs (with my dad’s secret rib rub!), roasted cauliflower, biscuits & homemade jelly (recipe coming soon!!)
